Chest circumference: place the measuring tape under your armpits and on the largest part of your chest (at the tips of bras)

Waist size: place the measuring tape around your waist .

Hips measurements : place the measuring tape about 20 cm under your waist , at the largest of hips .

arms circumference: place the measuring tape at the strongest of your arm.
